Ingredients
Spinach leaves - 2 cups
Dill leaves - 1 cup
Methi leaves - 1 cup
Channa dal - 4tbsp(Washed and soaked in water for 3 to 4 hours)
French beans - 8 to 10
Carrot - 1
Eggplant - 2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Potato - 1
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Turmeric - 1tsp
Green chillies - 4 to 5
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Method
Step 1 - To make bhaji take a pressure cooker add all the vegetables except green chillies and garlic.Also add coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.Pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles and let the pressure go down by itself.
Step 2 - Heat oil in a small pan and add jeera,green chillies and garlic.Saute for 2 to 3 minutes and pour on the bhaji.let it boil for 5 minutes on medium heat and then turn the gas off.
Serve it with hot rice or chapati !
